		<p align=left> Amerinet and NHD sign new  Three-Year Imaging Distribution Agreement<span class=text><BR><p>Amerinet, based in St. Louis, MO, and one of the nation`s leading Group Purchasing Organizations announced the signing of a new three-year Imaging Distribution Agreement with National Healthcare Distribution (NHD). The new agreement will commence on October 1, 2009. Amerinet states that they have negotiated a highly competitive, national agreement with NHD to provide medical imaging supplies and services through their network of NHD Shareholder Distributors.
