HealthTrust Purchasing Group & NHD Sign Imaging Distribution Agreement

HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), based in Nashville, TN and one of the nation`s leading Group Purchasing Organizations announced the signing of a new Imaging Distribution Agreement with National Healthcare Distribution (NHD). The new three-year agreement will become effective on September 1, 2009 and will incorporate a wide range of products and services for medical imaging. NHD Distributors will be able to officially represent, promote and sell contracted products and services to all HPG member facilities.

NHD was established in 1994 as a full service solution to meet the medical imaging needs of providers ranging from acute-care, non-acute, imaging centers, clinics, doctor’s offices and alternate care facilities. Through NHD’s unique shareholder organization, NHD offers the strength of progressive national contracts combined with local, personalized customer service.
