NHD Announces Preferred Vendor Agreement With Ampronix

Ampronix, Inc., a leading manufacturer of medical imaging peripherals in the U.S., announced the signing of a “Preferred Vendor” agreement with National Healthcare Distributors (“NHD”).

The new three-year agreement became effective October 1, 2009 and it will allow NHD Shareholders to promote and sell Ampronix imaging peripheral solutions for Radiology, Surgical Suites, Endoscopy Departments and Patient Monitoring display applications. The agreement includes enterprise-wide PACS display applications for hospitals, free standing clinics, outpatient surgery centers, and diagnostic imaging centers.
